DOG WALK & BRUNCH
Sun 10am 26th Oct 2025 @ Village Hall
Join the village for the biannual dog walk and brunch (dogs welcome on the walk). Held the Sunday morning after the clocks change March and October.

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY

Remember those who have served their country. Meet at the Sewstern War Memorial then refreshments back at the Village Hall.
MIDSUMMER Picnic & BBQ
Midday onward Sun 29th June 2025
Community BBQ and picnic sponsored by Melton Borough Council. Held in the playing field.
RACE NIGHT
In planning
Saddle up and join in on the Sewstern race nights, lots to be run and lots to be raised for the village hall and other good causes.
HORTICULTURE SHOW
Fri 12th Sept in conjunction with Harvest Supper
The old Sewstern Horticultural & District Show sadly finished pre-pandemic. We hope to replace it with a much smaller event. Home grown donations for the Harvest Supper and auction afterwards is planned. More details from Andrew Riley.

HARVEST SUPPER
Fri 12th Sept 2025 held alternate years with Buckminster Village Hall
Participate in the Harvest supper Every Autumn. A joint event between Sewstern and Buckmister Halls. Tickets from Jean lee, Heather Exton or Silver Apple.
MEETINGS
AGM 2025

The Sewstern Village Hall AGM will take place on 15th April 2025 at 7.00pm at the village hall. Open meeting all are welcome.
Monthly Committee Meetings 2025
The Sewstern Village Hall Management Committee meets on the second Monday each month at 7.30pm in the village hall during summer and trustees homes or the Blue Dog during winter. Everyone welcome.
